All orders are dispatched from our London studio by the next business day at the latest. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

• United Kingdom — £4.99, or FREE on orders over £70. Estimated delivery 1–3 business days.
• Europe — £14.99. Estimated delivery 5–7 business days.
• Rest of World — £23.99. Estimated delivery 7–14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from dispatch. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your H4 London pieces. If something is not right, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Items that have been worn, or that have had their tags removed, cannot be returned.

How to return

Email us at info@h4london.com with your order number to start a return or exchange, and we will confirm the return address.

Return postage

• Change of mind: the cost of returning items is paid by the customer.
• Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we cover the return cost and will refund or replace the item in full, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds & exchanges

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 days of us receiving your return.
• Exchanges are available — simply let us know the size or piece you would like when you contact us.

Your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.
