We want you to love your H4 London pieces. If something isn't right, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@h4london.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@h4london.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
