Política de reembolso

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Items that have been worn, or that have had their tags removed, cannot be returned.

Email us at info@h4london.com with your order number to start a return or exchange, and we will confirm the return address. Please send your return using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Change of mind: the cost of returning items is paid by the customer.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we cover the return cost and will refund or replace the item in full, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 days of us receiving your return. Your bank or payment provider may take a little longer to show the funds.

Exchanges are available. Tell us the size or piece you would like when you contact us and we will arrange it, subject to availability.

Items bought in a sale or with a discount carry exactly the same return rights as full-price items.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
