Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number.
UK Delivery
Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days.
Free Shipping is available on all orders over £70, applied automatically at checkout. Orders below £70 are subject to a standard delivery charge displayed at checkout.
International Delivery
H4 London ships worldwide. International delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note: International customers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery directly with the courier.
