We want your H4 London order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Everything you need to know about dispatch and delivery is below.
Dispatch
All orders are dispatched from our London studio by the next business day at the latest. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery Times & Costs
United Kingdom — £4.99, or FREE on orders over £70. Estimated delivery 1–3 business days.
Europe — £14.99. Estimated delivery 5–7 business days.
Rest of World — £23.99. Estimated delivery 7–14 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and run from the date of dispatch. Free UK shipping is applied automatically at checkout.
Customs & Import Charges
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are set by the destination country, are not included in your order total, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking Your Order
Your shipping confirmation email contains a tracking number you can use to follow your parcel directly with the courier.
Delays
We aim to meet every estimated delivery window, but couriers can occasionally be disrupted. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, email info@h4london.com and we will chase it for you.
